Patrick Mostyn has a civil engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology

and worked as a Project Coordinator with ArcNet, an A/E firm that specializes with designing telecommunication sites. From 1996 until 2000, he was directly responsible for managing projects for Omnipoint Communications/Voicestream Wireless. During this period, he has also coordinated projects for AT&T Local Services/Fluor Global Services fiber design, AT&T Wireless and for Sprint.

Bob Toms is a structural engineer whom is licensed in several States. From July 1986 to 2000, he worked at Paul Beck Associates, a structural consulting firm in Fairfield, New Jersey. Bob managed the telecommunications department at Paul Beck Associates commencing in 1995 where he worked primarily with A/E firms in designing the structural components for wireless sites. From these resources, he worked on over 1500 sites since 1986 for several carriers: Metro One, Metrophone, Comcast, SMART, Cellular One, Unitel, Conestoga Wireless, PCN, AT&T Wireless, Nynex, Bell Atlantic Mobile Network, Verizon Wireless, Nextel Communications, Omnipoint Communications, Voicestream Wireless, Metricom, and Sprint.

Besides the two founders of the MTM Design Group, Inc., our staff consists of an experienced and well rounded group of engineers, architects, project coordinators, and design draftsmen.
